If you are Granduppered out of battle and the battle ends whilst you are granduppered...
You hit the ground after the battle is finished and take damage. Which can end up with you having 0 hp on overworld. If you inn afterwards, you end up with Badly Beaten.

Shades created by Create Shade that are destroyed through certain effects (Playing a song with Crash Cymbals, for instance) die.
However, if a player is in one of these Create Shade spots and are damaged by the effect, they aren't revealed. Instead they are simply invisible until their turn starts, in which they reappear.
Should likely be if they take damage (but not from status effects) that they are revealed.

Elven Knight used Sacred Prism.
Spatial Terror takes 123 Light magical damage. (Sacred Prism / Jade Insect Whistle)
Spatial Terror takes 94 Light magical damage. (Sacred Prism / Jade Insect Whistle)

Twould seem that Sacred Prism does not interact with Cast Order as it should, instead it gives the bonus (+37 here) to the initial target hit by the cast, and then the bonus is not applied to other targets hit.

Currently, Longdraw is affecting most Ranger spells, despite Longdraw itself not mentioning this.
Conversely, Longdraw does not affect Cherry Blossom or Thunder Bolt...
But Thunderbolt's range is doubled (from 5 to 10) when airborne, despite it not being mentioned literally anywhere.
I'm not even sure what is/isn't a bug, so this is more a query than anything.
If Longdraw is supposed to be affecting all Ranger abilities, it should probably be mentioned somewhere (likely Expert Aim).
If Thunderbolt is supposed to go from 5 to 10 range when airborne, it should probably be mentioned on the ability.

[Korvara] Akashic Research Progress - Nikolai Magishinya |

Applicable BYOND Key - Grorg
Character Name - Nikolai Magishinya (Sickly Researcher / Masked Researcher)
Request Type - In-Universe research.
Request Details - This request is to further connect Nikolai and his research to the Akashic Record, either through flat-out discovery, or a big chunk of information that can act as a breakthrough, allowing for more research to be done without worry about breaking lore.
Reason why you are making this request (if applicable) - Whether it's simply something I'm given permission to do, or something that I can work with someone OOCly for, I am at a point where I can't justify trying to make up more reasons why Nikolai hasn't further understood the power that he's harnessing. This is making it increasingly difficult to play the character as progress in his research has come to a crawl, making it feel like he's doing functionally nothing every time I log in.
I absolutely understand that it's not likely that this application be accepted outright, but I am willing to work with GMs and Eventmins to make this into an interesting story for everyone involved.
Roleplay & Lore supporting your request - Nikolai has been ICly tapping into the Akashic Record in order to cast spells using colorless focus (Using Ephemeral Insight to deal Akashic Damage). He's developed theories regarding this source of power being functionally the opposite of the Void, and he has personally believed there is way more to the origins of this Colorless Focus than there is on the surface.

Skill Slots have been in the game since it's inception. Slowly changing and drifting in and out over the years. In recent times, it's now even more accessible to have your kit available by sheer virtue of gaining more skill slots based on level! (6 in total extra!)
Humans get an extra 2. If you use a tome, you get 5 more.
If you're an Innovator, you get a whole whopping 99!!!
The problem is, some class combos will straight up never use all of these slots, while other class combos that are heavily reliant on their skills, or their class just has so many skills it requires to function / do half of it's shit (LOOKING AT YOU DEMON HUNTER. 10 skill slots from you alone. 7 from soldier) (Also Engineer. Engineer, at least, gets 2 different ways to expand skill slots in Rogue and Engineer itself)
Some classes are extremely egregious, whether with skill points for their abilities to function (rank 5 classes vs the Rank 3 classes are especially noticeable), or you get so many skills that require 1-2 points that you're struggling to figure out what you want.
I don't have to use GUI in my build.. but WIL is 1 slot / 10, SKI is 1 / 5 -- but if I want more slots from SKI I'm spending 15+ points to get to the next threshhold.. So might as well put thieving on my gloves for 1 extra slot.
So I've got a few ideas to just deal with this.
1 ) Add a new enchantment for your accessories or glove slot that gives you a few more skill slots. More than Thieving. Maybe 1 slot for an accessory-- 4 or 5 for gloves.
Or the wildly more skeptical one.
2 ) Just get rid of Skill slots altogether. Every class is already inhibited by what it can bring into a fight by the amount of skill points it can invest into said class. Certain things that function as a steroid for Skill Slots can be changed (class skill wise)
Fluency's Spellbook: The first (RANK*1) spells you have in your skill list now have an efficiency bonus to casting them of 30% FP off.
Resourceful: When using your skills, there is a (RANK*10)% chance that you will receive a 'freebie', and the skill will cost 0 FP to use.
Technological Marvel: Just get rid of it.
3 ) ...Just remove the skill slots from gui (???) and put them into Aptitude. I really hate building GUI if I don't have to just so I can have my full kit.
