Fortune Cookies for redtail don't seem to actually go on CD like they normally do in the past despite having the debuff for recently eating a cookie with a redtail, they are instead able to use their fortune cookie racial ability every turn giving them any of the effects offered, be it divide and conquer, 1000 healing/fp, burn, poison, 2+ murai gain and 2- murai loss along with the rest of the various effects.

I figured this was not intended in return and wanted to bring this to light.
