This one is quite simple. The large wild wind seed, for some reason, is doing Ice damage. Instead of wind, it's using Ice scaling and ice damage.

So! More info on this bug! It seems the wind lord seed also have this problem, which leads me to believe there is a possibility all the wind seeds are ice element at the moment.
