Bringing this up because its mostly neat and brings some interesting variety
we currently have no 2* guns. 3* guns, and no 2* and 4* tomes
my suggestion to fix this
a 2* higher crit damage/crit chance line of tomes.
a 2* Rifle with a higher crit chance.
a 3* shotgun like the armor piercer line of 3* weapons
a 4* line of single element fans.

Oddly specific rarity amounts, I recall a thread like this before where I also called out the abuse of those specific mutations.

Oddly specific because they are blank spots on the rarity charts.
and mutation is an intended mechanic, using it is not abuse.
the tomes suggested could either be mutated or see interesting use by book smack liberal tacticians, and the fans could see use by single element focusing mages and to get new players some experiance with 10% to spell power bonuses and get a feel for what that actually means in comparison to high power tomes.
the guns I suggested were to match already existing theme lines of weapons for their rarity. I think making them two round weapons would be fair, we don't need anymore single shot guns.

2* shotgun: Double Barrel. 3 range. 2 rounds. High crit chance "sometimes one isn't enough. Good for keeping kids off your property."
