Stab Wounds damage will trigger Claret Call on yourself if you're a Ghost (Not confirmed) or using Bloody Palms. Not sure if this is intended.

Afflicted Specter, and although I haven't tested it, you might be able to proc last chance off yourself.

The icon and the debuff is shown when that happens, but I'm not sure if the damage you take is actually increased. Requires more testing. (because stab wounds are a pain to get unless PVP.)
