Can donation items and guild invites be excluded from the level 10 barrier to trade?

Problem with the LV10 wall is that you 'can't' use the trade verb while below lv10, unless you LE'd. Just get someone to Arena Grind you once and this char will sure hop to 10.

No but hey, this is a good idea. Just if you use the trade verb before 10, give 'em the twinking message and tell them only these types of items can be traded.
