Immobilize doesn't prevent Hanging from being used. Is it intentional?

Hanging uses the Void to move (Black Wind).
This is likely intentional.

It does prevent Heaven Kick, yes, but it also doesn't prevent Shukuchi + Geldoren, or Shukuchi + Light Tomahawk.

Not sure then, it's not really a bug, but could change if deemed necessary. I guess it should if Heaven Kick is prevented by it, anyway.
