If you use spell snatch on someone and steal a spell, you can still steal that same spell from them even though they can no longer cast it. I believe this is because a recent addition made it so snatch spell does not unequip the spell from the player, thus leaving it in the viable pool of things that can be taken.

I reported this before but....well. Apparently stealing duplicates can happen?

I don't think it should be able to steal duplicates -from the person you stole them from-, though. But if it's intentional then so be it.
