The customers in Oniga, when you double click them, freeze you from doing anything.
Edit: Or at least the one in the top right does. He opens a dialogue box, but for some odd reason it's underneath the map.

This seems to be the case when talking to Ashe & Hugo for their story battle and stuff.

Yeah, for some reason, BYOND changed its layering stuff. I had to adjust a lot of layers because they were showing up under the map because they were set too high.
