[Soapy]

Hot. Really hot. Mercalia or Reteria, probably? I'm not really sure, but it was a really hot day.
Egwyn's, er, wildlife, wasn't something I wanted her to deal with on her own (it's not like he'd help, unless it was serious), so we decided to mostly travel during the day.
Let me tell you now, that was a really bad idea, please don't do it. I had mostly covered up with some seaweed she'd gotten for me, but my legs ended up so burned it almost hurt to walk.
Probably didn't help to be wearing what we were, in that sun, on the water, but I think it was worth it. The jungle was beautiful, in a way.

Maybe next trip I'll even ask her to come along? I can protect us once we're on land. Her skin's like mine, though, so we should bring parasols...
Even that probably wouldn't work, though. I'll save it for a winter month, maybe. It'll give her more time to think about it and talk to her family, too.
