Also have the March talent +1 Move so maybe it ignores that? But I doubt it since I also tested it with a Saturn badge for +1Move and it´s still +7 move.(14 total)

Telling by the picture, it's probably going +3/4/5/6/7 instead of +3/5/6/7/8.

but that's just a guess

Yeah, the base value I guess was wrong. It should be 4 instead of 3 if the end result is supposed to be 8 Move. Corrected.
