So, apparently now Blood-Drenched causes 1-2 additional monsters to appear. After some testing, these seem to be the restrictions on this occuring:
1. The weapon must be in the main-hand.
2. No one else in the party can be wielding a Blood-Drenched weapon, regardless of which hand it's in.
Are these intentional? I can understand not wanting the effect to stack, but I don't see why it should cease functioning entirely due to other party member's gear choices.

I want to see a 4 man party dual wielding blood drenched weapons in a HITLER.
Make it happen.

As far as I can tell there's no restrictions based on weapons in hands. It also checks all party members, and no such restrictions such as only one person can be equipped with one exist.
I suggest testing more thoroughly. Bloodstained adds 1-2 monsters in normal dungeons, and 4-6 in crazy dungeons.

It's probably due to the number of monsters being random, so, I think it always activates. I can't recall if we ever encountered only two monsters. We just happened to do gear-swaps at bad times, I guess.
Also it appears crazy dungeons only get 1-2 monsters extra at most (seeing as the highest result I've witnessed was 11.)
I'll do more testing once I can get my hands on more bloodsoaked weapons.

My mistake, 4-6 is the normal crazy modifier, I was looking at the code wrong.

It's worth asking if you plan for them to stack, though. If you couldn't tell we kind of want that. Testing after I -did- get more revealed that on the same person, bloodsoaked doesn't make it 2-4 extra enemies, as we got a 7 enemy fight in a crazy with one person having two bloodsoaked weapons on.
Further testing though -has- revealed that the effect works, and the prior restrictions don't seem to exist.
EDIT: Seems even with other people using it, the effect doesn't stack.

That's intended. I doubt it will be changed to stack.
