If you use chaser and the enemy is on the furthest blue tile, they will not be hit.

I can confirm this, too. Thought I noticed this, but I wasn't sure. Tried it out a little more, and yeah, it doesn't seem to damage the last tile of its path.
Not sure about airborne, though.

It may be working for me now due to adjustments I mentioned in a previous thread, so I assume this is fixed.
