Hurricane generated by the Winged Serpent and Coastal Squall's effect does not reduce the hit of ranged weapons as per the skill description, but instead reduces the hit of basic attacks made by ranged weapons. Furthermore, the 'Hurricane' weather effect that appears in chat doesn't produce a description window when clicked.



If this change was unintentional, please let it stay.

The description should be there in 3.03 v5, I've updated it to mention it only affects basic attacks of ranged weapons.
