That was using the skill granted from the Detainment talent, Capture. I've missed one too many mobs to come salt here about it.

Can the "Capture" skill ignore Glancing Blows' immunity to skill effects and just do what it is intended to? It's quite soul draining to get a mob low on classes that have a hard time using basic hits.
