A single point passive for RM that makes it so that rune damage type is based off starsign and not your equipped tome's damage type.

I suggest this for builds trying to be creative for RM but end up with a small selection of casting tools and end up with for example, sound runes instead of your favored element when using an instrument tome with a bard promo.

Mostly I would like to be able to use niche instrument tomes and runic Enchanted weapons for generic elements
