New item: artifact restoration kit
Replaces the "Ancient" quality on an item with "Restored".
Restored: Item cannot be traded. Thus, it alleviates the stat penalty but keeps the untradeable tag.
When the ancient charge thing came out, it was super cool. But I feel like the interest quickly fell off for me for a simple reason... It feels bad. It just doesn't feel right to work so hard to obtain an item that isn't even a best-in-slot. For accessories, sure. It doesn't matter. But for weapons and torsos, it really sucks. Losing 2 evade on your torso? Might as well run something else. Why would someone do such a difficult quest if there's a bad version of the item at the end of the tunnel? Deterministic farming for an item like that should lead to something you're actually happy to have, that you'll keep. An item you're proud to slap a regalia onto. "I worked for this item". It gives it a story. But if the item is not even as good as a basic version?... Then why would you put in all that work? It's smarter to just put up a buy request, or ask around. Pay for it. Then you get an item you won't have to replace. Why would that offer you a more valuable alternative than working for it?
Point is, even though I like the idea in concept, I just literally never used the ancient charge system. If you could remove the ancient quality, it would be fine.
