Light and Dark Tiles
#1
I'm sure the light shafts have been spoken about in this context for a while now already, but with the addition of darkness tiles having a similar issue, I feel like bringing it up again.

I'm failing to see the point in making tile effects that can screw you and your own party over when you use it. As for darkness tiles, it's kind of confusing to see an evade-centric effect tied to an element that heavily leans towards a tank stat. Maybe there can be other kinds of effects to replace them, like lowered resists or something of that nature? It'd also be nice if the tiles could differentiate between allies and enemies like most other tile effects seem to do.

Yeah, the dark tiles feel really counter-intuitive as they are only useful in one scenario: you're an evade, and you don't mind losing hit. I feel like the only case for that is some kind of firebird dodgie, or maybe a kensei or monk that just doesn't care if their enemie evaders get a little boon. But yeah in a teamfight for instance it's strange. You got this dark tile stuff that is literally a net neutral in usefulness. Whether you stand in it or not is a pretty small difference but your enemies might enjoy it too. I think the firebird build I'm making can make good use of them, but idk what else would actually like to have these over other enchants that just do useful effects for you like cinders

Also can we make the light shafts appear under the char? It still prevents ppl from double clicking right?
