Engraved Haste Rune

While Rune Mage is by no means a class in need of any buffs, I do think engraved haste rune is a bit lackluster in that it's a very short lived movement buff. 

I don't think it would be too ridiculous to ask for a buff that gives engraved haste rune the ability to buff the target ally's evade by +10~15 for 3 rounds? If it really has to be in the same vein as the MV buff, it could be a disengage style evade buff that lasts for 2 hits with a suitable duration. 

As for the reason why I'd like this change?
I think it'd be cool if RM had a supportive evade boosting tool that could also work on the RM itself, using an engrave on yourself over building a bigger death rune already seems like it'd be fair enough of a trade.

With the introduction of newer classes bringing entire set of debuffs and buffs exclusive to them. I don't think it'd hurt if RM got a soft-rework on some of the runes and exchanged certain effects like Mov+ and Slow for other more interesting effects especially seeing how pointless some of those effects are in the grand scheme of things in both PVP and PvE. I also don't think trying to help RM defensively is that bad of an idea either, feel like every class will eventually need small changes like these to further deepen combination ideas.

Although I wonder how bad it'd be if Haste Rune's resonate effect also became an Evade Buff (although much weaker than the Engrave effect) that applied itself within range of the Rune.
