As an Oracle, if you have voices of the past, it's possible to get the 'preview background' message when someone is editing their chat box background as a vision.

How to replicate:
  • Be an Oracle with Voices of the Past.
  • Be lucky enough to stumble upon a place where someone was changing their chat box background in the past.
