I'd say that we should slap "LV/2 + (STAT) damage" onto every offensive Youkai skill that has a secondary effect. The remaining skills that just base themselves purely on damage can stay at LV + (STAT), since they don't have anything else going for them. Probably a good idea to start throwing different stats on the calculations instead of WIL everywhere with the occasional STR/CEL too, but that's besides the point.
