The dungeon closing itself is a something I meant more along the lines, if owner is trying to a create a new one, the old one will close within five minutes, displaying a message along the lines, "The walls are collapsing, oh shit! Run!" giving the people within not a chance to run, but to hurry up with their clearing. Since you have a delay between creating new dungeons, it should prevent people from just closing it upon clearing it themselves, giving plenty time for others.
