If you do earth damage to a Minotaur and it gets reflected, you do not trigger Last Chance regardless of whether the Minotaur has Claret Call on it or not.
 
Weirdly enough, Amalgama's Formidable and From the Ashes revives also don't trigger at all if you die this way too.

This should be corrected in 2.76.

However, I had to mess around with the damage system to make it work as you'd think. Chiefly, it means that 'after all damage' effects are processed for each damaged individual, to account for things like damage redirects. So, please test this thoroughly on the testing server on 2.76 v5 before the update to make sure I didn't break anything.
