Por'Phavr+ does not apply to youkai evokes... Yet the previous variation does... I feel this would at least give it a niche use if it DID apply to youkai Evokes. Just sayin'...

The Youkai are not equipped with anything, so I mean, it makes sense for it to not.

I think the idea is consistency. Makes 0 sense for an upgrade to an item to just function 100% worse.
