Grandupper is not instantly killing normal mobs at level 8 sturm.

Steps to recreate:
Fight mobs in new dungeons.

Get level 8 sturm.

Use Grandupper.

Pretty sure dev made all mobs more than ten levels higher than player level flat out immune to ALL insta kills.

Correct. Monsters exceeding a certain level above yours are immune to instant defeat effects now.
