Yes, it would also make it worth using! Agreed. Honestly though there is a balance consideration with screaming tome being the only instrument casting tool and also being will scaling. It would enable a build like aqua performer to make sense. Its rarity is a bit of an issue for caster performers who will require it but... I think the world is ready for rain people and holy choir boys
