Per title. Seiryuu is no longer benefitting from Daisangen's bonuses.

To reproduce:
- Have the three dragons (Chun, Haku, Hatsu) in your Youkai list.
- Attempt to summon Seiryuu.
- Check its stats. Notice it isn't receiving Daisangen's benefits.

Just to clarify, I've regalia'd them but they're still the same Youkai. My Youkai list consists of Phase Python, Chun, and Seiryuu as active youkai; Terrasque, Haku, and Hatsu off the list.

I'm pretty sure this is because Haku and Hatsu are not in your active contracts, and there was a change made related to that sometime recently.
