If you start combat with a Skill Point distribution menu opened, it will get stuck in screen and nothing but relogging can fix it. Pressing 'Yes' or 'No' will do nothing, and opening it over that one will just duplicate this.

I can't replicate this. For the record, I went into a BDP, put skill points into skills, clicked confirm and waited with the alert up. When I entered battle it went away.

It's best to strike it as 'happened once in a blue moon under specific conditions like a hourly tick lag with a lot of players', but I'll keep an eye open if it happens again, for the more specific steps/conditions.
