Is Parted Pain supposed to dissallow youkai that are NOT bonded to bring enemies under 15% hp? I feel this may be a bug or just iffy wording on the skill. One of the two.

v2.27c. This is still a thing. The skill specifically mentions BONDED youkai getting a status that increases damage but prevents them damaging enemies below 15%, yet all youkai, bonded or not, are unable to damage enemies below 15% HP.

It says your bonded Youkai get that status, but it says 'your Youkai' cannot bring them below 15%. This is intentional.
