Miragewalk appears to apply from the free movement portion of Moving with max thunderhooves charges, despite costing 0m to move. I think this is because it refunds 3m when moving.

I didn't think this might be intended, but its not a big issue either.

I'm pretty sure this is a balance issue, not a bug. You spend 3 momentum to move regardless, the hooves just refund 3 after the fact. You can't use Thunderhooves at 2 momentum, so it qualifies just fine by the enchant's required criteria.

Thats very true, then consider the thread invalid honestly, the interaction is not too much an issue where it might be too good I feel.
