If you use charge>bash with flatfoot and knock them down, they are not flatfooted for checkmate. I'm hoping this is a bug, otherwise half of the time we try to checkmate we'll fail because they get knocked down instead.

An easy fix would be adding Knockdown to the list of what you can gain the Checkmate bonus at.
