		awesome ....can we get some kind of stat scaling on these because the damage they do is going to be crap and make overcharging useless....

		I'd prefer if the duration of Reloading is shorter.
-Most- of the effects of Overcharging (Looking at you, Vamp Shell) aren't worth the four-turn cooldown.
But this should probably be its own suggestion.
