Ripple Dimension is seemingly counting allies as targets of Impact Call thereby giving the bonus to you for pretty much summoning the youkai in the first place.

Steps to Replicate.
>Equip Ripple Dimension and Impact Call
>Summon a youkai nearby yourself or other allies, Auto-summon counts.
>Gain stacks of Ripple Dimension dependant on number of allies affected by Impact call range.
