Castle-type dungeon wound up generating without a staircase (or perhaps without access to a staircase).

This was a LV 43 Castle, on the 7th floor.

Yeah I have encountered this aswell once, it's rare but happens in Castle dungeons.

To note, the room looked exactly like this one in the screen aswell.
