Fangs, the boss of the Whirlpool Black Door Phenomena seems to have its Rampage attack bugged to where the following happens:
After four consecutive turns of not basic attacking a target as per usual for activation of Rampage, it will activate the skill and the bar will appear on screen showing its name, but nothing will happen.

Yes, does that have something to do with it? Even though I'm the only member in the fight which SHOULD negate incognito?

yeah Rampage won't target people equipped with Incognito for some reason, I always assumed it wasn't a bug because its a map wide AoE and the rogue is supposed to be hidden.

If this isn't a bug then that makes it incredibly easy for Rogues to cheese bosses while -every other class- has to suffer with Rampage.
