after a bit of testing I noticed that Greenscale tunic actually lowers your Evade VS enemies with low fp.

I assume the effect is taking place at the beginning (since I am not using any classes that give evade/hit alterations like Kensei, I do have the afterimage trait however)of the fight and with reduced FP of the enemy it actually reverts back to the normal evade rate.
