I don't know if this is intended or not, but magical meteor does not increase the damage that ranger spells do with its passive at all?

Ranger Spells seem to count any bow as a casting tool, if you're trying to do a comparison between bows.

I dont think if this is much details but a apparently a spelledge of required weapon type sometimes does not boost spellpower
