In the per rank information, the skill states it has some interaction with SWA, yet the description mentions nothing of it. Is that meant to read 25% Light ATK for the Regeneration scaling?

This is just something the rank text generation does for offensive skills, it doesn't actually have any interactions with SWA. It's been corrected at any rate.
