		Kip up is the bread and butter of martial artist, basically making you immune to all the annoying knockdowns that most other classes seem to have. Thus making it easy to take something like verglas for a subclass for the free stats and kip up itself.

		Or give Kip Up a passive cooldown in general. (Like once per two turns, so you don't Kip Up at every single damned KD you get inflicted. Main Class or not.)
KD is harder to inflict now, so should be the ways to deal with it.

Kip up is powerful, because it stops the Knock Down affliction (which is powerful because it denies your opponent 3 momentum).
There's just so much stuff tacked on to the baseclass MA that makes it a godly class to sub right now (including the +20 evade/hit with fists), so I'm fine with kip up getting nerfed to stop the shenanigans
