You made yourself quite clear, actually. If anyone is misunderstanding the things you're saying, it's you.

Let me make it a bit more clear for you:

• You are currently complaining about something that absolutely, 100% only affects RP PvP.
  
• You previously insisted such a thing is essentially non-existent and, as such, should not be catered for.

You cannot, in any way, shape or form, legitimately argue that either of these are remotely false.

Unless you decided to change your mind on the presence and importance of RP in PvP - in which case I'd love to see you re-evaluate your opinion on the quoted thread - you are openly contradicting yourself, in plain view of the entire community, while arguing that you aren't.

Therefore, as a part of that community, I strongly recommend you both think things through more clearly and try to relax the doublethink a bit, not only while voicing your opinion on how the game should or shouldn't evolve, but also while performing your duty of moderating said game, and possibly even in your personal life.

First off, your baseless assumptions again are incorrect. And it's getting pretty tiring that you have to keep pointing fingers over someone disagreeing with your opinions. If you can't stop doing, then I suggest you stop posting. You're entitled to your opinion as I am, but that doesn't give you the right to start calling people out and creating drama in these threads.

I've made my statements, and I'm not contradicting anything I've said. Just because you don't know how I think or why I may disagree for the reasons I do, doesn't mean you can shove words in my mouth or tell me how you think you know how I operate. My personal life also has nothing to do with this or any thread on these forums, don't mention it at all. Please go be childish somewhere else.

I also suggest if you're going to post in these threads, stay on topic and stop trying to cause flame wars. It's really old and you're just acting like you're not your age.


Edit (in relevance to Sly): That wasn't my intention so much as it appeared to me, so if it came off the wrong way I apologize in that sense seeing as the meaning of my words weren't on the right track (probably phrasing it better would have worked, but I'm not going to edit my original post just to make myself look better). Either way, this isn't the place for that sort of thing, especially when it has nothing to do with the thread, and I'm trying to make an example that this sort of thing needs to stop and not happen in these suggestion threads. If you (as in anybody) have something to actually contribute to the topic, feel free, go ahead. But if you don't, that doesn't mean you can start throwing people's names around and telling them this or that about their personal life, or their gameplay, or something that is making the topic about that person, just because they have an opinion different than yours. It's disrespectful and it's not what these topics are about.

Criticism or not, it's not needed if it's off-topic, and it's still disrespectful to assume someone is doing something for a certain reason.

Ryu, I don't believe these assumptions are as baseless as you are making them out to be. They clearly stated the issue they had with what you said without needing to muddy it with insults. I think this is valid criticism.

So, back to the topic. I still think that the hearing range in the overworld should be reduced to a reasonable size; and, just like what the others said, the icons [strike]transform[/strike] return to their normal size whenever a combat commence in the overworld. At least, this way, RPing in the overworld will be slightly better now.
