So, the mercenary Alma has the ability 'Charge' yet not enough momentum to use it with, I ask that a simple change be made where he specifically has 7 momentum. It would also allow him to attack twice and be more useful maybe.

Mercenaries should have Accel, yeah. I mean, we only use them in PvE anyway, not like anything can be exploited in PvP.
