		Reactive Armor has a buff that activates if it is triggered via fire damage, the buff causes attackers (assuming by a basic attack from point blank range) to take unresistable fire damage equal to UL/2.  I have triggered the buff, and it showed the graphic for it as well, however attackers do not take the fire damage as the buff says.  On a side note, I think reactive armor is pretty bad for a 10* armor, I feel like it should give the wearer some fire resistance (even something like 10%) to help make it seem worth it, but that is something that belongs in Balance Fu.
