Lead Storm applies Akimbo perfectly fine though. I'm guessing it's a technicality? I was wondering because the skill description for Parting Shot says "You attack as per normal," so I assumed it was just a regular basic attack, like Repel. They both also apply regular on-hit effects like Elemental Augment, etc.

I believe Lead Storm is unique because it actually triggers the basic attack skill.
