For some reason marching band does not trigger in most of the battles. (Non-boss and Boss.)

I'm not sure about what is causing this, but I got an image about the player debug for it.

As I told you in-game, I think this issue is because bosses have themes that prevent custom themes; if an enemy has a custom theme, it will always play it over anything else.

This behavior could be changed but as far as it being a bug, it doesn't appear to be. Thanks for the report either way.
