Cerron Scepter, a spear that has on hit water damage and scales from str/vit currently gives +10% nature spell damage, to fit the theme of the weapon can it instead give +10% aquarian spell damage?

I only bring this up because Abberation spear already has +10% nature spell damage, which is yet another spear.

I suppose that makes sense, but it won't affect existing ones, most likely.
