Kinu 2 seems to be completly unphased by Expand ice.

Kinu one is affected.

Also Immune to Fear, hesitation and Charm but I assume it´s intentional.

Cobra stance maybe? Does she dodge out of the way or avoid any other damage?

She doesn't dodge out of the way, as is the tell-tale of her cobra dodges.

She just stands there and is completely immune and staring at you. This only seems to happen on Kinu 2 (and Kinu 2 Scaled)

also she doesn´t seem to trigger Ice tiles, or traps. Sear did work tho.

After going through the code, it seems she is immune to it, yes. I believe this is because of issues caused by her Cobra stance, since she has infinite dodges. So I don't think this is a bug.
