Hellfire Uorate from Hexer at Rank 2 (and probably all ranks) does not remove bonus RES given from Aptitude or Deathknighting. So, it's safe to assume that it doesn't actually remove RES as the tooltip actually implies.

Aptitude bonuses aren't affected by things like Uorate, but Deathknighting should be. That much has been corrected.
