Eh, two power is better than two critical. I was re-thinking my list a bit, actually, and thought maybe something like this would work...
Carapace: +2 Weight
Rockdirt: +2 Hit
Artic Gold: +2 Critical
Galdric Ore: -2 Weight
Magmic: +1 Power
Etherium: +3 FP, -1 Durability
Orichialum: -1 Power, +10 Hit vs. higher level enemies
Coral: Gains YA-HA!
Also, orichialum with +power is overpowered with guns if you're level 59, so I changed it to +hit.
