You go to 48 scaled APT unless you stopped needing that 7th stat for some reason, for example if I get 10 GUI at 43 APT, I don't need 48 APT anymore.

Generally though, 6 stats used = 36 APT, 7 stats used = 48 scaled APT, unless you're a Mechanation, Theno or Amalgama, as they technically spend 8 points to go from 42 scaled to 48 scaled.
