Having no armor equipped giving a free 15 evade is crazy in my opinion. Most armors are going to be a debuff that new players aren’t aware of, unless I’m understand something wrong.

Currently Unarmored gives 15 evade, this has been the case since this patch, however it seems that it is merely the description that is outdated, after reading the patch notes again.
